-Can we bring a picnic on board?
Yes
 
-Are there toilets on board? 
Yes, except on the 12 seats boats
 
-Can we take a stroller?
Yes
 
-Is there a wheelchair access?
Yes but only mechanical wheelchair, however, our boats are not equipped with disabled toilets
 
-Are pets allowed?
Yes, kept on a lead
 
-Can we book a boat trip in advance?
It's better to book in advance. You can do it on the phone or online
 
-In case of cancellation, do I get a refund?
If the boat company cancel the trip, you can get a refund or you can postpone it to another day
 
-If I buy my ticket online is it refundable?
Yes you can get a refund by telling us at least 24 hours before. If you don't, you'll have to pay like follows: within 24 hours 50% of the fare, within 12 hours 100% of the fare
 
-Can we pay with holiday vouchers?
Yes you can pay by cash, visa, cheques and holiday vouchers
 
-Can we see whales and dolphins?
Yes but they are wild animals, they are not always in the same area.
